Shipping policy

Delivery times

All orders are handmade, so please give us a few days to customise and assemble your pieces.

We’ll make and personalise your order within 3 days before shipping your parcel via Royal Mail.

If you’re in the UK, your order will be delivered within 5 working days. International orders can take up to 10 working days.

Please bear in mind that there can be additional delays during busy holidays, such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

Incorrect shipping addresses

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@charmbear.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

By placing an order with CharmBear, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to CharmBear. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost or stolen packages

CharmBear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier using the information provided on your tracking page.
