Each one can hold up to 4 initial discs and it makes the perfect gift for any mum.

Each mama bear disc measures 15mm in diameter, the initial discs measure 12mm in diameter & each set comes with a 50cm chain.

Each one is gold plated stainless steel so it’s allergy-friendly, anti-tarnish & will look stunning for years.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We'll make & personalise your order within 3 days before shipping your parcel via Royal Mail.

If you're in the UK, your order will be delivered within 5 working days & everywhere else will take up to 10.

What is this made out of?

All our jewellery, except those that clearly say ‘925 Sterling Silver’ are stainless steel.

We chose this material as it’s harder wearing & much lower maintenance than plated metals or sterling silver.

So you can wear it in the shower, wear it to the gym, keep it on as you sleep & is perfect for everyday life.

Can I wear it in the shower?

Yes, our jewellery is made from stainless steel & can be worn in the shower or when sweating at the gym.

If I order a necklace/keychain now, can I add more discs or charms later?

Yes, you can! A lot of our customers personalise their jewellery or keychains with their kid’s names but their family is still growing.

So they come back later for the charms themselves & you can add them on!

You can find our listings for extra discs or extra charms on our store, or you can send us an email at hello@charmbear.com & we will send over the link for the exact charm you’re looking for.

Can I send this as a gift directly to someone?

Yes, by standard we never include invoices or receipts with our orders because it’s so common for people to ship their chosen jewellery directly to the person they want to gift it to.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for both International & UK customers but UK customers have the option to upgrade to first class if they like!

If you add your item to your cart & head over to checkout, your shipping options will come up after entering your address.

What if I don’t like my jewellery?

We’re pretty sure you’ll love your order but if you aren’t happy for any reason, just send us an email & we’ll refund your entire purchase within 30 days – no questions asked.
