Necklace was lovely and the chain length is perfect. Some chains can be very short and this one is the perfect length for anyone. Will be buying again for family member gifts and nice how you can add more charms at a later date (for example if a new baby arrives!)

This is my second order and won’t be my last. They are a great gift and something different. And the staff are so helpful and made my last order extra special with a date on the back of a disk.

Absolutely love this keychain. Bought this for my daughter’s birthday personalised with the names of my two granddaughters. I got one of these then after seeing how beautiful it was, I ordered a few more for members of the family circle. Its really stunning. Almost too special to use as a key chain! Its really lovely. Some have kept them as a key chain while other's choose to remove the charms and use them as pendants on a necklace or bracelet. Its really stunning and beautifully made. Names are engraved on each pendant rather than printed on which gives it the quality feel and the fact its stainless steel means its won't tarnish or rust. I'm really delighted with them. Such a beautiful, touching and personal gift to give. Comes in a lovely little white *Charm Bear* soft pouch wthin a white box. Lovely presentation.

I'd bought necklace with a name date disc & a birthstone with my little girls details & loved it. I recently had some bad news & wanted to add two discs & birthstones to my existing necklace, but didn't want the initial on the disc, just the date, but couldn't find it on the website. I contacted Charm bear on FB & got a really quick reply saying this wouldn't be an issue & to place the order & email them straight away with the details.
